Isn’t it amazing how hard it can be to complete even an easy task when we have spent our lives thinking we are just a person who never completes a thing? I struggle with this too. For me, I have had to take baby steps just like this to build my confidence that I can do it, I can complete it, I can finish what I start.

Pippa, I am excited to see the next step. I’ll be checking back faithfully.

That second thing you learned, about stress…and how exercise and all can reduce it? Wow that spoke to me! So easily I let the stresses in my life derail my efforts…Keep up the great work, here’s to a GREAT last 60 days!!!

Steve, thank you! And as you said over at your side, let’s make this a GREAT week! I am SO determined to finish STRONG – this is an approach that works far better for me than the New Year’s Resolution type of approach of starting strong.
